When necessary, we will disassemble and reassemble wheelchairs or assistive devices for customers. You will be asked to check the wheelchair at the check-in area, and you will need to be present during the disassembly and reassembly of the device. Medical equipment and up to two assistive devices that are approved for transportation in the cabin do not count towards the number of carry-on bags a passenger is allowed free of charge.
